Terms of Service

Last updated: April 22, 2026

Shotbook (“Shotbook”, “we”, “us”) is a marketplace operated by Adsup Pro LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are and what we do

Shotbook connects local content creators (videographers, photographers, reels makers — “Creators”) with businesses (“Clients”) who want to hire them. We facilitate discovery, communication, and secure payment. We are not the employer of any Creator, and we do not own the content produced in a booking.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old. One account per person. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Bookings and payments

All paid engagements between a Client and a Creator must go through the Shotbook booking flow. The Client pays a deposit to Shotbook (held as escrow with our payment processor, Stripe). Funds are released to the Creator only after the Client approves the delivered work or, in a dispute, after Shotbook’s resolution decision.

4. Platform fee

Shotbook charges a platform fee of 15% of the booking total, deducted from the Creator’s payout. The fee covers secure escrow payment, in-app chat, identity-verified counterparties, and dispute mediation. The exact fee for each booking is shown before confirmation.

5. Anti-circumvention (important)

You agree not to circumvent Shotbook for engagements with counterparties you met through the service. Specifically:
  • Do not share or solicit personal contact information (email, phone, messaging handles) in the in-app chat before a booking is paid.
  • Do not contract with a Client or Creator you met on Shotbook outside the platform for 12 months from your first contact on Shotbook, unless you have paid Shotbook a buyout fee equal to one booking’s platform fee or $250, whichever is greater.
  • Accepting, soliciting, or facilitating an off-platform engagement in violation of this clause is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of pending payouts, and recovery of fees owed.

6. Content ownership and license

Creators retain full ownership of the content they produce. By completing a booking, the Creator grants the Client a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the delivered content for the Client’s commercial purposes. Creators grant Shotbook a limited license to display booking-related portfolio items for marketing.

7. Refunds and disputes

Before delivery, a booking may be cancelled by either party for a full refund. After delivery is marked, the Client has 72 hours to approve or open a dispute. Disputes are reviewed by Shotbook; we may refund, partially refund, or release funds based on the brief, deliverables, and evidence provided. Our decision is final for disputes under $1,000.

8. Prohibited conduct

No harassment, illegal content, impersonation, or scraping of other users’ data. No using Shotbook to promote competing marketplaces. Violations result in account removal.

9. Liability

Shotbook is a platform, not a party to any booking contract. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or risk the platform’s integrity. Pending bookings will be resolved before closure.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email and on the site. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless local consumer law in your jurisdiction gives you stronger rights that cannot be waived.
