From booking to payout — four checkpoints.
STEP 01
You book and pay
Pick a creator, share the brief, confirm the date. The deposit is collected at booking and immediately moves into Shotbook escrow — not into the creator’s account.
STEP 02
The shoot happens
Creator confirms, prepares, and delivers on the agreed date. Most shoots are turned around within 72 hours. You and the creator chat inside Shotbook — contact details stay private until the booking is paid.
STEP 03
You review the files
Files arrive in your Shotbook delivery interface. You have time to review, request small revisions inside scope, and confirm the work matches the brief. Nothing is released until you say so.
STEP 04
Payout is released
You mark the delivery accepted. The creator’s payout is released automatically minus the platform fee. If the work doesn’t match the brief, we mediate before any money moves.
